Common questions

How do I cancel or change my membership?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Mr. Bertram. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the membership until the current period ends.

I bought a membership and the app doesn't know.

Open the membership page in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you paid with.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?

Sign in with Apple on the new phone and your lessons, levels and Canon list come with you.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Account → Close the account. It removes your account and what the server holds about it. See the privacy policy.

Something in a lesson is wrong.

Write and say which lesson. Every lesson is checked against its sources, and corrections are made.
